Stress is the biggest problem of modern life. We carry stress within the physical body and even at deeper levels, of which we are not even aware. We think we are relaxing in an easy chair, drinking coffee or a cigarette, reading a newspaper or watching television is not relaxation. These are only sensory diversions. Due to the stress sports person cannot focus on his act. He carries this stress on his physical, mental and emotional bodies.
