Now that you have become a regular runner and don’t wish to take a break despite the hot and humid summer months. Yet, there are few things to be considered. Running in the heat can lead to few health issues like heat cramps, dehydration, exhaustion and in some extreme cases hyponatremia, headache, disorientation, and muscle twitching.
