‘Cue sports should be part of the Olympics Games’

Five-time professional-level world champion and a three-time winner of the amateur World Championships, and holder of two world records Geet Sethi, in an interview with Milind Dhamdhere, speaks about their efforts to include billiards and snooker in the biggest sports extravaganza.

“It’s a dream of every sportsman to participate in the world’s most prestigious Olympic Games. Though cue sports is not as big as cricket, it is played in all corners of the globe and the inclusion of the sport in the Olympics will surely be a big boost for the sport,” says Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Awardee Geeth Sethi.
