When we talk about posture analysis, it not only concerns the static standing posture
but also in sitting position too. Any players who complain of nagging pain in
the upper back, neck, arms or the lower back with no apparent history of any injury, muscle imbalance
due to the wrong posture can be one of the major contributing factors. Especially games involving long
sitting hours for training and competition like Chess.

Focusing today we will deal with two major syndromes that are common in students; IT
professionals; Chess players; snooker or billiards players, etc, where static posture corrections are
necessary.
