Breathing properly

Rishi Patanjali (300 BC), described Pranayama through Yoga Sutras as a psycho-physiological practice – a technique to get mastery over the mind. He acknowledged the manipulation of breathing had a great psychological and physiological effect and this improve the health of the mind and body. Pranayama is the science of breath. Pranayama is thus the science of breath. It is the hub around which the wheel of life revolves.
