Breathe right, use the strength right

Weightlifting is in its all essence not restricted to bodybuilding/powerlifting/Olympic weightlifting competitions; it is much more than that. I believe that weightlifting is what can be built upon as a superpower for anyone, recreational or professional athlete. It is much more than picking up heavy weights and smashing those personal records. Imagine the strength of a football player who focuses on weightlifting versus the one who doesn’t. Imagine the speed of a sprint athlete who doesn’t work on his strength and power in his weightlifting versus the one who does. Discussing different types of weightlifting forms and techniques is not practically possible in this article. Although, the basics of every weightlifting pattern and movement remain the same. Let us focus on breathing, the most underrated component in any movement.
