In the lockdown period, I was staying with my elder brother in Lodha Belmondo. He is a regular golf player and he is a yoga practitioner too. Regular Yoga practice helping him to keep his body flexible, the way it is required on the golf course. It has also helped him to reduce his lower back pain and improved the balancing.
