Children whether they are playing sports or not always need healthy nutritious food as they
are growing fast. However, for them to enjoy their food, it should be tasty as well as something
which they will like. Hence in this article, I have shared two recipes which are nutritious and those
which children will like.


Healthy tiffin dosa
Made with a combination of dals and radish. Protein in the dals helps enhance strength and the
radish used in the dosa enhances immunity.
