Raj, a nineteen-year-old boxer stepped inside the boxing ring for a bout. He was confident of winning and looked prepared to give a good fight. But, contrary to his expectations, the opponent, in his aggressive attack landed powerful punches in the first round and made his presence felt. Raj lay dumbfounded at the opponent’s attack. As the second round commenced, all he could think of was the mistakes he made in the previous round. Losing confidence and focus he felt angry and helpless about the situation that hampered his will to fight, eventually leading to loss.
